Example
Information about return deliveries or reverse postings for a goods receipt can be transmitted to the vendor in different ways when using the evaluated receipt settlement function for Automotive: Information about reverse postings is not transmitted to vendors because the quantity in the goods receipt posting is corrected only. The invoice contains the corrected quantity. Information about return deliveries is transmitted to the vendor. However, the original quantity delivered is important for the vendor, so the information about the quantity delivered and the quantity returned can be transmitted separately.
When using the evaluated receipt settlement function for Automotive, it is also possible to calculate a handling surcharge for goods issues with an appropriate movement type.
