Information on return deliveries or reverse postings for a goods movement in 'Automatic ERS for Automotive' can be communicated to the vendor in various ways:
Information on reverse postings is not communicated to the vendor, since only the quantity of the goods receipt is modified. The invoice is created with the corrected quantity. Information on returned deliveries is communicated to the vendor. However, the originally delivered quantity is also important for the vendor. The information on the delivered quantity and the information on the returned quantity should therefore be communicated separately.
'Automatic ERS for Automotive' also enables you to calculate a handling surcharge for goods movements with the appropriate indicators.
