With this activity you can assign class names and class types to document types and categories.
The categories which control the storage of the document can be pre-assigned with the assignment of the BDS classes.
In addition to the BDS class the document type can be included in the selection criteria for choosing a category.

Activities
Carry out the activity.
You have accessed an overview of all the assignments that currently exist.
- You have the following options to continue:
- You can change the categories assigned to classes.
- You can create new entries.
- Enter the class name, class type and corresponding document type and category.
- You can copy and change existing entries.
- You can delete existing entries.
- You can undo your changes.
Choose the relevant symbol in change mode in order to carry out the required changes.
- Save your entries.
