Use
In this IMG activity, you activate a change log for cover eligibility in the Budget Control System (BCS).
The activation influences the following maintenance transactions of cover eligibility:
- Mass generation of cover eligibility rules (transaction FMCEGENCG)
- Mass deletion of cover eligibility rules (transaction FMCEDELCG)
- Manual maintenance of cover eligibility rules (transaction FMCERULE)
- Migrate cover pool and cover eligibility unilateral rules (transaction FMMIGCE)
If the change log is activated, document change records are updated in the history tables whenever cover eligibility rules are created, deleted or changed by any of the above transactions.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard setup, the change log for the cover eligibility is not active.
Activities
In order to activate the change log for cover eigibility, enter your FM area and checkmark the change log activation.
