Use

In this work step, you define the point in time when the current prices from SAP SRM are queried. This is only relevant to purchase order items with reference to a central contract.
The latest point at which SRM pricing takes place for all relevant items is on saving.

During pricing, the current prices from SAP SRM can be queried at the following points in time:

  • ' '    Run SRM pricing immediately
    When you process a purchase order item, for example, when you enter purchase order data and press ENTER, the current prices from SAP SRM are queried for the items with reference to a central contract.
  • '1''    SRM pricing immediately (only for hierarchy contracts)
    When you process a purchase order item, the current prices from SAP SRM are queried only for items with reference to a central contract that is part of a hierarchy.
  • '2''    SRM pricing on saving
    SRM pricing only takes place on saving the purchase order item.
