Use
You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to read and change the import and export parameters for the corresponding Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI).
The functions and effect on the application are not predefined, and depend on how the user implements the BAdI.
The BAdI methods indicate that an error has occurred using the exceptions DATAINVALID (if the method ValidateExtensionIn is available) and EXTENSIONIN_FAILED/EXTENSIONOUT_FAILED (for the methods TransferExtensionIn and TransferExtensionOut).
Requirements
For the system to be able to execute the BAdI methods, you must have called the corresponding BAPI with the PROCESSEXTENSION (execute customer enhancements) checkbox set.
Standard settings
The BAdI does not depend on a filter and cannot be used more than once.
The BAdI is not implemented in the standard system, where default coding exists instead.
