Use

The BAdI BADI_REOR_USER makes it possible, for example, to use a user instead of a business partner for the reservation requester or occupant for a reservation.

Requirements

You can implement the following methods of the BAdI using transaction SE19:

  • USER_EXIST - Check of whether or not a user ID exists
    ID_USER - User ID (corresponds to the field REOR_(RECUR)_RESERVATION_S-RESINDIVIDUAL from the reservation selection)
    CF_EXIST - General yes/no field
  • GET_USER_NAME - Determines the name for a user ID
    ID_USER - User ID (corresponds to the field REOR_(RECUR)_RESERVATION_S-RESINDIVIDUAL from the reservation selection)
    CD_USER_NAME - First and last name of user (is displayed in the reservation selection field REOR_(RECUR)_RESERVATION_S-XRSRESPONSIBLE/XOCCUPANT)
  • F4_USER - Input help for the user ID
    CD_USER - User ID (corresponds to the field REOR_(RECUR)_RESERVATION_S-RESINDIVIDUAL from the reservation selection)
