Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Structures (PS-ST) component.
You use this BAdI to restrict users from uploading local drafts to the Draft Workbench. You use the IM_USER parameter to provide specific users with authorizations to upload local drafts to the Draft Workbench.
