Use
You can use BADI_GPD_18 to access any database tables you want to, before the start of the main pegging algorithm. The variables passed into this BADI are enough to select any data based on the group, and then you can update the materials support tables and send that information back into the pegging program. Once you add materials into the materials support tables, pegging will access those tables.
If you need to fill internal tables during this BADI that will be accessed by other BADIs, you will have to use Function Module memory from inside the BADIs to do so. SAP does not allow you to pass back any additional tables out of this BADI.
Requirements
You cannot use this BADI to affect the replenishment Keys internal tables or the requirements internal tables used in the pegging program. If you wish to do something with those internal tables, you will need to make customer modifications, or use the internal memory of a Function Group that you create.
