Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Maintenance (PM) component to enable you to use information about installation safety, which is mapped using SAP Environmental Compliance.
When you activate the implementation BADI_EM_INTEGRATION, the search helps in the equipment and functional location are enhanced. Note the maintenance functions, RFC settings, and additional technical settings so that you can use SAP Environmental Compliance together with maintenance.
Requirements
You have implemented Java-SAP Environmental Compliance in full and configured all of the technical settings for the integration (specifying logical ports, creating an RFC destination, and so on). For more information, see the SAP Notes for the XAP-EM (SAP Environmental Compliance) component.
