Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP Biller Direct (FIN-FSCM-BD) component.

You can use this BAdI to change the content of an SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service request before creating a vendor inquiry in FSSC Self Service.

Requirements

  • To enable implementation of this BAdI, you must have activated the SAP standard inquiry in Customizing for Financial Supply Chain Management under Biller Direct -> Process Integration with Vendor Inquiries -> Activate Vendor Inquiry, by setting the switch to SAP standard inquiry. For more information, see the activity documentation.
  • An SAP CRM system is available for connection.
  • A Remote Function Call (RFC) destination has been implemented in BAdI: Define RFC Destination for connection to the CRM system.

Standard settings

  • There is no activated standard BAdI implementation.
  • No default code is executed.
  • The BAdI filter is independent.
  • The BAdI is designed for single use.
