In this Customizing activity, you determine global constants for different areas of the SPEC2K Interface:

  • Condition Types

    The condition types that you use for prices and discounts must be recognizable to the SPEC2K Interface so that the prices and discounts in the SPEC message can be assigned to the correct condition types in purchasing and sales and that the condition types can be copied to the SPEC message.

  • Text Types

    The text types that you use in MM and SD documents must be recognizable to the SPEC2K Interface. In this way you determine which text is copied from the document to the SPEC message and to which document text the text from the SPEC message is written.

  • Sales Document Types

    By specifying the document types for the different sales documents you determine the sales document type the system creates for an inbound SPEC message.

  • Customer Identification Code

    This is you own CIC that you use to participate in the procurement process.

  • Start date of the selection of status inquiries

    Start date of the period in which incoming status inquiries are answered.
