With this program you can activate the long material number in the system. In this case an internal conversion of the 18 character material number to the 40 character material number takes place. The length of the input field does not change.

Note:
The activation takes place for all clients in the system and can not be revoked.

Integration

This activation is only necessary if you want to use the functions of specialization and versioning for the material master record.
