Use
In this IMG activity, you define for each WCM object which view profile is relevant for the structure of the header data screen.
Requirements
You have defined the relevant view profiles.
Standard settings
Activities
Assign the view profiles to the WCM objects.
Notes
If you do not assign a view profile to a WCM object, the header data screen has the following vertical structure:
- Screen area 1: Identification of the WCM object
- Screen area 2: General data of the WCM object (with closing blank line)
- Screen area 3: Reference object of the WCM object (with border, heading, and closing blank line)
- Screen area 4: Tabstrip with the following tab pages:
- Responsibilities
- Location Data
- Planning Data (not for WCD templates)
After assigning a view profile, check any batch input programs for the WCM object and adjust them if necessary.
An assignment can be overridden based on the usage.
