Use

In this section, you use archiving object WCM_WAP to archive work approvals.

Here you branch directly to Archive Administration, in which the following functions are available for work approvals:

  1. Initial run

    The work approvals to be archived are determined using the deletion flag and supported by the system using a deletion indicator.

  2. Archiving

    The work approvals with deletion indicators are written to an archive file.

  3. Deletion

    The archived work approvals are deleted from the database.
