In this step, you can change forms already defined that you wish to use for your drilldown reports. You can change the forms according to your own requirements.

A form describes the basic content and formal structure of a list. You can consider a form as the basis for a report to be completed when defining reports.

Prerequisites

If you wish to include global variables in a form, you must define these beforehand. You will find further information on this in the IMG in the unit entitled "Maintain global variables". There are already different variables in the SAP standard system.

Activities

Change the forms that already exist. You can copy forms from the standard system and change them according to your own requirements.

Further notes

  • You will find more details on processing forms in the "General Drilldown Reporting Manual".
  • You can create a transport request for the further transport of forms you have defined to a target system. You will find further information on this in the step entitled "Transport report".
