In this IMG activity, you can create the groups for process routes templates. The groups are used to sort the process route templates.

Activities

The columns have the following meaning:

  • Acty area (activity area)

    Using the activity area, you can sort the process route groups for different applications.

    If you use the process route in Records and Case Management for cases (see PSRM terminology), enter SCMG.

    If you use the process route for incoming post items, enter RMPSPE.

  • GRP (Group abbreviation)

    A two-character abbreviation you can customize which identifies a route group in an activity area. Example: A1

  • Language (language key)

    Defines the language in which the description text is edited.

  • Description group

    You can define the description text in different languages.
