In this IMG activity, you activate the area Records and Case Management with the area ID S_AREA_RMPS.

For standard DOMEA and TNA different values should be entered as the print and mail parameters (see also: PSRM Terminology).

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, the area Case Management is activated by the area ID S_AREA_CMG and the corresponding parameters are set.

The following section provides an overview of the central parameters and their use in the application Public Sector Records Management :

Set Up Workflow for Undeliverable Mail:

    Format: Indicator XML, indicator BOR, indicator only one XML for all documents sent together, indicator issue log. The indicators have the value "X" for active and are separated by a comma.

    You set the indicator here

    • to activate the e-mail delivery of the attributes in XMl format
    • Also send the attributes as a BOR link. The BOR link enables direct access to the object from the e-mail; however, it is only active within the SAP system and not when sending to Internet addresses.
    • Create only one XML for the attributes of all documents sent together.
    • Display protocol data on cover sheet

(Then the area Case Management with area ID S_AREA_CMG cannot be used any longer).
