Use
In this IMG activity, you can maintain the SAPScript text ID for case notes (see PSRM Terminology). A text ID is a note heading that describes the intention of the note.
Requirements
An element type for the service provider RM_PS_SP_CASE_NOTES (notes for cases) must already exist in the Records Management registry. In the connection parameter OBJECT of this element type, the SAPScript text object must be entered as a parameter value. This value is used for the case notes.
The element type RM_PS_SPS_CASE_NOTES is provided as standard. The connect6ion parameter OBJECT has the value SCMG_CASE in this element type.
Standard settings
The standard delivery contains element type RM_PS_SPS_CASE_NOTES. In this element type value SCMG_CASE is defined for the connection parameter OBJECT. The following text Ids for the SAPScript text object SCMG_CASE, which is used in the element type SCMG_SPS_CASE_NOTES:
- 0001 Description
- 0002 Internal note
- 0003 Concluding remark
- 0004 Response
Activities
Select Text objects and IDs, followed by Display. Double-click to select the text object that exists for case notes for the connection parameter OBJECT in your element type.
(In the standard delivery, this is the text object SCMG_CASE). Enter the text IDs and the meanings, and select the field Display text name for every text ID.
- Save your entries.
