Use
In this IMG activity, you can create and change case models (see PSRM terminology). Using a case model, you can define the type and position of the objects in the case container (also: referenced objects).
You process the case model using the modeler for cases. You can find more information on how to use the modeler in the SAP Library in the Records Management documentation under Records Management Tools -> Processing Tools for Record Model: Record Modeler -> Create Record Model.
In the activity Define Case Types, you can define in which case type a particular case model should be used.
Requirements
The following IMG activities must be executed before this activity is carried out:
Standard settings
If you have to enter a RMS ID on the initial screen, select the RMS ID for which you want to create a case model (you can use F4 help for the selection).
Under the menu option Record and Case Models, you find the option Modeler for Cases. You can create a model using the right mouse button. When this is completed set the status Released (Button Model -> Change Status), so that the model can be used in Case Management. You can enhance the model later by adding nodes. It is not possible to delete node after the release.
