Use
You make the basic settings for incoming post items in this IMG activity . You must define all document types which are relevant for the incoming post process here. You have to enter a process route ID, a RMS-ID and an element type ID for each document type.
If you enter the process route, the incoming item (for example scanned document or e-mail) is automatically sent to the worklist of the responsible incoming post processor as a work item.
You can enter an incoming item type. The attribute incoming item type is automatically copied as a default value (which the incoming post processor can overwrite) for a document received of this document type.
You can use indicator MB to define that the document type to rescan cases (see also: PSRM Terminology) is used with an external step.
Requirements
The document types you want to define must be created first.
- You create document types for a scanned document as Archive Link document types.
You can find more information on this in Customizing of the SAP Archive Link under "Edit Document Types". - You define document types for e-mails using the Business Add In Assign Attribute Default Attributes with the method Setting E-Mail Incoming Item Type (SET_MAIL_DOCTYPE).
The process routes you want to define must be created in the IMG activity "Define Process Routes".
The incoming item types you want to define must be created in the IMG activity "Define Incoming Item Types".
