Use

The address format controls the postal formatting of an address. If the address format is active in a form class, you can enter the address format in an application form.

Entering an address format in the form is always required in the following cases:

• The system formats the address within the form class.
• In a decoupled system landscape, a central system formats the address.

The attributes of the address format control the formatting of the address.

The function module EFG_ADDRESS_FORMAT_GET determines the attributes of the address format of an application form.
