In this step, you can deactivate the automatic consistency check when saving/posting overall values, budget updates and releases for an FM area and a budget version. It is possible to reactivate the budget consistency check at any time.
Requirements
Please note that you can only deactivate the budget consistency check for Budget version 0 if the availability control was deactivated in step "Activate/Deactivate Availability Control".
Standard settings
The consistency check is active for all budget versions in the system standard.
Activities
- Check for which FM areas and budget versions a deactivating of the budget consistency is necessary.
- Make the appropriate entries.
Further notes
The budget consistency check for annual values can be deactivated in step "Deactivate Budget Consistency for Annual Values".
