You can use this step to determine when the funds return arising from a credit document, such as a vendor credit memo, is made.

Activities

To make the determination, specify one of the following for each relevant document type:

  • Normal

    Funds are returned when they would have been consumed.

  • Return funds at posting.

    The funds return does not take place until the credit document is posted.

  • Return funds at clearing

    The funds return does not take place until the credit document is cleared.
