Activities

  • Edit 4 verifies that anticipated accounts are zero. The edit applies to quarter 4 only.
  • Edit 7 verifies that the MAF preclosing balance is the same as the sum of the SGL accounts 1010 (Fund Balance with Treasury - FBT), 4350 (Canceled Authority), and 4391 (Adjustments to Indefinite No-Year Authority).
  • Edit 12 verifies that the outlay balance contain in the MAF is the same as the sum of SGL accounts in the edit table. The outlay balance is indicated by the OUT in the RT7 indicator field. You must enter this manually using outlay data received from Treasury by way of other sources, such as the TFS 6533 report.
