Use

Create two number ranges in this step:

  • a number range for the transfer of planning data from the SAP BW to Funds Management.
    The system automatically assigns a number for each run of the program Planned Data Transfer from BW System (BPREP_RETRAKTOR_OB)
  • A number range for the reversal of the planned data transfer.
    The system automatically assigns a number for each run of the program Reversal of Planned Data Transfer from BW system. ( BPREP_RETRAKTOR_REVERSE_OB)

Requirements

You must create number range 01 for the planned data transfer and number range 02 for the reversal of planned data transfer. Any other number ranges will not be taken into account by the system.

Only internal number assignments are permitted.

Activities

  1. Define the number ranges 01 and 02 and the number range intervals.
    Note that the intervals cannot overlap.
  2. Save your entries.

Further notes

You transport number range objects as follows:

Choose Interval -> Transport in the accounting document Number Range screen.

All intervals for the selected number range object are deleted in the target system first. After the import, only the intervals you export are present. The number statuses are imported with their values at the time of export.

Dependent tables are not transported or converted.
