In this activity, you define the priority of all possible field values for fields that are not supposed to be sorted by field content in ascending or decending order. If you do not assign a priority to all the values belonging to a field, the highest priority will be assumed for the unspecified field values.
You assign the sorting sequence to the sorting variants in the Define sort variants activity.
Fields that you do not enter at this point are sorted in ascending order by default, which is also helpful for sorting by due date. The oldest items are cleared first. If you want fields sorted in a standard sequence, no entry is necessary.
Example
If you want to clear insurance types as open items in the following sequence: 051000 (motor vehicle liability), 041000 (personal liability) und 052000 (comprehensive coverage), make the following entries:
