Use
In this IMG activity you can specify that payments must also be approved by a second claim handler according to a random approval principle, even though the original claim handler is authorized to create the payment. These settings can be made dependent on the insurance line.
This approval of payments as part of a random check helps to prevent improper payments.
Requirements

Activities
If you want payments to be approved as part of a random check, specify the required number for an insurance line of business.
If you do not want to use this random check approval of payments, enter no figure at all or zero.
Example
You enter the figure 21 for the Home Contents line of insurance. Statistically, every 21st payment in the line of home contents has to be approved by a second claim handler.
