Documents archived prior to the euro changeover cannot be reloaded after the changeover. IF you want to archive documents for the year of the changeover prior to the changeover, you should consult your auditor as to whether this will negatively affect the audit of the system. The system prevents archiving for the fiscal year of the changeover as soon as you have activated your changeover package.

If, however, archiving for the fiscal year of changeover is necessary, note the following:

• Consult with the people in your company involved in auditing to find out how archiving can be carried out. Keep in mind the restrictions mentioned above.
• Only perform archiving in agreement with SAP.
