Use

In this activity, you define the methods and classes for forwarding clarification cases to the clerk responsible.

As standard, transaction EMMA uses clarification lists (transactions EMMACL, EMMACLS) to transfer clarification cases to the clerks responsible. The clerks can display their inboxes there. However, you can also define installation-specific forwarding methods. The system evaluates these after creating a clarification case.

Activities

  1. Define the required forwarding methods.

    To do this, define an ABAP OO class in the customer name range. This class then uses the method FORWARD of the interface IF_EMMA_CASE_FORWARD to forward clarification cases to the clerk responsible by workflow once they have been created.

  2. In the activity Maintain Clarification Case Categories, assign the forwarding method required to a case category or case priority.
