Use

In this activity, in addition to the change types delivered by SAP, you can:

  • Define further installation-specific change types for master data changes with origin Credit Management
  • Define installation-specific change types for master data changes from other external systems of other applications

Requirements

If you want to define other change types for master data changes from SAP Credit Management, you have adjusted the following events accordingly: 4502, 4503, 4504, 4505, 4506, 4507, and 4508.

If you want to create change types for master data changes from other components than SAP Credit Management, you have:

  • Defined the corresponding origin in the previous activity
  • Defined own function modules for preparing and updating requests for business partner changes.

    As an example you can use the modules FKK_BPC_REQUEST_SAMPLE (preparation) andFKK_BPC_UPDATE_SAMPLE (update).

  • Ensured that the corresponding component updates the triggers required for the master data change in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable

Standard settings

Activities

To define further change types for the origin Credit Management:

  1. Enter the origin Credit Management.
  2. Enter the required change type.
  3. As in the standard settings delivered by SAP, define the standard function modules FKK_CR_BPC_REQUEST (preparation) and FKK_CR_BPC_UPDATE (update). To define change types for other origins:
  4. Enter the required origin and change type.
  5. Define programmed modules according to the example of the modules FKK_BPC_REQUEST_SAMPLE and FKK_BPC_UPDATE_SAMPLE.

Example

To change the risk class in the Credit Management system, the change type Risk Class with origin Credit Management is used.
