In this activity you define note types for cash security deposits under a text ID.

When you are in the maintenance and display transaction for cash security deposits, the system gives you note blocks for the note types defined. Here you can store information in the form of body text, such as notes for clerks, in specific languages.

The SAP standard system includes the text object FKKKO for cash security deposits. You can define the required note types for this text object by defining text IDs.

To maintain note types:

  1. Select text objects and IDs with the Change function.
  2. Place the cursor on the object FKK_SEC and select Text IDs.
    1. Check and change the standard note types if necessary.
    2. Create new note types as required. Make sure that the text IDs are within the customer name range.

Note

The fields structure key, text format and Include ID are not supported at present.
