    The share of the base amount that is below the liability to pay taxes for withholding tax.

  • And the additional withholding tax rate

    The percentage rate that is to be used to determine the tax amount for the additional withholding tax.

Additional withholding taxes are maintained dependent on country and withholding tax code.
