Use

In this activity you enter the IDs for the callers of external BAPI interfaces and their name. The IDs are used in the following BAPIs to determine a reconciliation key dependent on the caller ID:

  • CtrAcDocument.Create
  • CtrAcDocument.Reverse

When you transfer the caller IDs entered in this activity to the BAPIs listed above, every day reconciliation keys in the form IIIDDDDDDLLL are created and the system uses these to post the documents transferred. I stands for the caller ID, D for the date, and L for the sequential number.
