Use
In this activity you configure the local settings for individual correspondence types. These settings only apply in this client in the system. However, you can only restrict the settings from the Definition of the Correspondence Type.
You can make settings for the output control:

Example
Using these local settings, you can permit test or repeat output in a development system to test application forms, and prohibit them in a productive system, without having to modify the settings in the definition of the correspondence type.
Further notes
If you do not make any local settings, the settings from the definition of the correspondence type apply.
If you specify a local setting but leave the correspondence type blank, this setting applies for all correspondence types. Local settings of a correspondence type override the local setting for all correspondence types.
The change to the local settings will not be transported automatically. If a transport is required, you have to include the entries in a transport request.
