In this activity you can define form classes for correspondence types. Form classes are already assigned to correspondence types delivered by SAP.

Changing form classes for correspondence types delivered represents a system modification that should only be carried out by a developer with ABAP experience.

For correspondence types in the customer name range that you have developed yourself, you can define the form classes of the Print Workbench.

The form class must correspond to the requirements of the correspondence tool and the correspondence type. The highest form level of the form class must have the data structure of the correspondence header (table DFKKCOH) and read a correspondence request. The further levels of the form class must be able to interpret and provide the data stored in the correspondence request for this correspondence type.
