Standard settings

Activities

To create control parameters for recipient determination, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose an application area to which the correspondence type you want to select is assigned. If the activity is already assigned to an application, this step is not necessary.
  2. Choose the correspondence type for which you want to specify the control parameters for recipient determination.
  3. Specify whether or not dynamic recipient determination is allowed for this correspondence type.
  4. Specify whether or not the business partner group should be broken down in the case of alternate addresses for this correspondence type.
  5. Specify for this correspondence type whether or not partners in a registered life partnership should receive joint letters if they have the same address.
