Use

You use this Customizing activity to assign all recipients to a change pointer creating application or system from which they will later receive change data for an export object type. To do so, you also have to activate the Write Change Pointer for this Recipient indicator.

If you deactivate the indicator, you can cancel the assignment without having to delete all the data from the table.

Requirements

You have connected the applications and the systems that create change pointer data and receive change pointers to the Change Notification Service.
