Use
A bank employee enters the closure data but cannot actually close the account. Another bank employee release the account or rejects it.
Once the account has been successfully released, the account can be closed either by mass/update run or by direct account closure. The checks take place during closing.
Requirements
Standard settings
The principle of dual control is switched off.
Activities
The principle of dual control can be switched on by making an entry in the relevant Customizing table.
The principle of dual control is switched on for account closure in Customizing.
for:
· Bank area
· Product
· all reference accounts; only for internal or only for external reference accounts.
An entry in the Customizing Table is valid not only for the mass/update run but also for direct account closure. If nothing is maintained, the principle of dual control is not active for account closure.
The direct input for creating an account is adjusted accordingly. If the principle of dual control is switched on, the field BKK43-RELEASE_STATUS must also be filled.
