Use

In this IMG activity you define the "global control: standard values for the residence time and resubmission period" for archiving objects processed with the Archiving Engine. You can also adjust processing to the available resources and the requirements of the usage phase.

Activities

  1. Choose the archiving object for which you want to edit the global control.
  2. Choose Detail.

    The system displays the object-specific Customizing for this archiving object.

  3. Check the global settings for the residence time , resubmission period, and adaptive multitasking.
  4. Under Phases and Functions, you can specify which archiving steps and special functions are offered in dialog mode for processing the archiving object with the Archiving Engine.
  5. Save the settings.
