Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the interest rates to be used for the automatic calculation of the net present value (NPV) and the related KPIs. The interest rates can vary according to period.
During standard NPV calculation, discounting is carried out per month. For each month, the interest rate valid at the first day of the month is used.
Requirements
You have defined a reference interest rate for NPV calculation (see Customizing activity Define Reference Interest Rates).
