Use

In this IMG activity, you can influence process control in Lease Accounting. The system provides posting data, the assignment number, and control indicator.

You can make the following settings:

Field Name

  • ADATU:         Shutdown date of the asset (date on which XSTOP_FIAA is set)
  • BDOTP:        Posting date of one-time postings
  • BLDAT:        Document date of asset posting
  • BUDAT:        Posting date of asset
  • BZDAT:        Reference date of asset
  • DATE_FROM:     Posting date of accruals
  • EFFDATE:        Effective date of all postings
  • UBZDT:        Original reference date of asset
  • VALITY_FROM:    Start date of accrual calculation
  • VALITY_TO:         End date of accrual calculation
  • WWERT:        Translation date
  • XANEU:        Indicator for Asset Accounting; indicates whether an asset is a current-year acquisition
  • XSTOP_ACE:    Sets the accrual object to Inactive; this means that the system ignores this asset during the next run
  • XSTOP_FIAA:     Sets the asset to Inactive; this means that the system ignores this asset during the next depreciation run
  • ZUONR:        Information that identifies the object

The standard settings specify that the indicators XSTOP_ACE and XSTOP_FIAA are set. If you set these indicators, the system tells Lease Accounting that the accruals have been stopped for the process INSO and the asset has been set to Inactive.
