Use
You can have the system create one-time postings when a lease is released or for other following processes. The amounts that the system posts in these cases are determined by value IDs.
In this IMG activity, you specify the one-time postings that should be created, by assigning value IDs to account assignment rules and document groups.
Assigning a value ID to an account assignment rule generally results in the creation of a document containing a debit and a credit entry. However, by choosing appropriate document groups, you can group together these line items, when they belong to the same business or accounting context, into one Financial Accounting document. The system places all line items that have the same document group into a single Financial Accounting document.
