Use

In this Customizing activity, you specify the accruals for each process.

Level 1: Assignment of Payment Schedule Items: This is where you assign the accrual payment schedule to the process.

Level 2: Assignment of Accrual Types: This is where you define the individual accruals and assign the accrual method and the accrual amount. You also have the following options:

  • You can assign an accrual payment schedule for each accrual type and accrual method. This accrual payment schedule must be a subset of the accrual schedule entered on level 1 and therefore allows you to filter the level 1 accrual schedule. Accrual method BILL_2 / FILAFM_DMETHOD_BILLPLAN_2 is provided for filtering payment schedules. As a result, you can map the requirements from different accounting principles.
  • You can enter a value ID for the effective interest rate so that the interest does not have to be recalculated during the periodic accrual run. Note: We recommend this setting only if performance problems occur.
