Use

When changes are made to a current lease, it is necessary for the system to be able to access net book values of the corresponding asset master records. In this IMG activity, you specify the value ID that represents the net book value. The net book value is then made available in the assigned value ID when the change process is executed. You can use these value IDs for further processing steps.

Recommendation

You can define more than one value ID for containing the net book value. This is useful if you use multiple accounting principles to represent parallel valuation, and the net book values are different in different valuations.
