Use
In this Customizing activity, you can specify settings and thresholds for spreadsheet reports. Spreadsheet reports can contain several worksheets used to represent the report data, for example, the All Substance Data spreadsheet report.
When spreadsheet reports are created in the background, a job is created and is started immediately. In this case, you receive the prepared report via e-mail.
Requirements
Standard settings
If you want to generate spreadsheet reports for a large number of substances, for example, 1000, the standard settings may cause system problems during report generation in the background. To accommodate such a report, increase the default values of the maximum number of selected substance or the maximum number of substances multiplied by worksheets. Also, make settings to the package size of the spreadsheet report in Customizing activity Specify Environment Parameters for Back-End Processes.
