Use

In this Customizing activity, you can specify declaration types. These declaration types can be assigned to a business partner, or they can be used for import formats such as IPC 1752.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system specifies the following declaration types according to IPC 1752:

  • Simplified
  • Detailed
  • EMS

Activities

Example

You have defined an agreement with supplier 4711 and you want this customer-specific declaration to be sent as part of the IPC request to this supplier.

  1. Create a phrase containing the declaration text.
  2. Specify declaration type 4711.
  3. Assign the phrase key of the declaration to the declaration type and the Custom external declaration type.
  4. Assign declaration type 4711 to supplier 4711 (under SAP Easy Access Menu -> Product and REACH Compliance -> Master Data -> Address Management -> Partner Addresses -> Cust. No. -> Additional Data)
