Use

In this Customizing activity, you set all tasks of task group TG 46000001 as 'general'. General tasks can be processed by all users.

Activities

Perform the activity as follows:

  1. Select Task Group as the task type.
  2. Enter a task group, omitting the prefix TG. For example, enter 46000001 and not TG 46000001. You can use wildcard characters to perform mass changes.
  3. Choose Execute.
  4. The column Status displays whether a task is a general task. To set one or more tasks as general, select their lines and choose Generalize.
