Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Self-Service Procurement (MM-PUR-SSP) component.
You use this BAdI to change delivery status of the shopping cart when the goods receipt is posted for purchase orders. The recommendation is to have one purchase order item for one purchase requisition item, so that when the system posts the goods receipt, only one entry is generated. In this case you can map the shopping cart with the goods receipt and the delivery status is updated.
The method associated with this BAdI is /SRMERP/BD_MIGO_DELIVERY_STAT.
Requirements
The purchase order is created for a purchase requisition item and the goods receipt has already been posted against this purchase order.
Standard settings
The item delivery status cand be either delivered or not delivered.
In the standard system, the default behaviour is as follows:
- If goods receipt quantity is the same as the quantity requested, then the delivery status is updated to delivered.
- If the quantity available is less than the quantity requested, then the delivery status is updated to not delivered.
