Use

In this activity you can define the sequence of intermediate locations that are affected by a returns delivery, before it arrives at the final ship-to location.

Requirements

Intermediate locations are modeled as plants. Ensure that the plants you use are defined as organizational units in the enterprise structure section in Customizing.

Standard settings

Activities

Enter the plants that will be used in an intermediate location sequence and define this sequence. If messages from the carrier portal are expected from a location, mark the corresponding flag.

Example

Further notes

The sequence of intermediate locations is usually determined during the processing of the returns request in SAP CRM. Ensure that the customizing settings are synchronized between both systems.
